Portland bound tomorrow!
Are any of you followers familiar with Oregon? All I know is that I will be visiting the National Sanctuary of Our Lady of Sorrows there, and along the way, my family and I will be stopping by the Abbey of New Clairvaux at Vina, California. It should be a spirit-filled vacation for all of us. The Lord surely knows that my parents need it most of all. They’ve been working so hard lately....

Did you go to Steubenville on the Bayou this year? Fr. Leo and Steve were there and that was the first time I had heard or seen them! They’re sooo amazing.
Sadly, I didn’t, but I did hear about it! I’m glad you had a great time though. =] They really are inspiring to listen to.

I find it funny how even as a daily Mass goer since Kindergarten, whenever my mom or dad would tell me that it was time to go to Mass, there would always be that initial reaction to groan and ask, “But do I really have to?”
